Project Completed: Fall 2025

St. Louis, Missouri

Historic Tax Credit Renovation, Hospitality, Multi- Phase Development

Located within St. Louis’ historic Centennial Malt House, Prohibition is an intimate speakeasy designed to embrace the character and history of its setting. The architectural approach balances historic preservation with a moody, hospitality-driven atmosphere through intentional material selections, lighting, and spatial detailing. The result is an immersive environment that feels rooted in the building’s past while creating a distinct identity for a modern cocktail experience.
